Maison Simone is a large villa situated on the island of Tinos that offers a grand view of the Aegean. It’s designed to accommodate large families or a group of friends, making it the ideal summer home. The villa boasts a spacious pool that is perfect for soaking up the sun during the hot summer days as well as an outdoor dining area for large gatherings. Our team embarked on a mission to capture the essence of Maison Simone, from its inviting outdoor area, to its authentic Cycladic interior.
Through meticulous composition and thoughtful prop styling, we crafted high-quality lifestyle and real estate photographs and videos that beautifully showcased the house of Maison Simone. Our goal was to produce images and videos that would inspire people to escape from their busy lives and book a vacation. One of the key aspects of our content creation strategy was to keep a consistent visual style across all digital assets. This would help to create a cohesive aesthetic for the brand’s digital presence, which would be easily recognizable to both existing and potential followers.

We developed a content creation strategy for Maison Simone that focused on producing short-form videos centered around the house, including its pool, views and rooms. By featuring these shots in the videos, we aimed to inspire Maison Simone’s audience to image themselves also vacationing on the island of Tinos and staying in this inviting villa. The social media video production included conceptualizing, shooting, color grading, editing, and selecting music for each video. These videos were produced entirely in-house, from start to finish.
